Big Adventures for Little Explorers
Welcome to our Squirrel Drey – where the youngest members of 1st Carrickfergus Scout Group start their adventure!
Squirrels are curious, energetic, and always ready to try something new – and that’s exactly what our Squirrel sessions are all about. Tailored for 4 to 6-year-olds, we create a safe, friendly, and exciting space where our littlest members can begin exploring the world around them.
From playing games and listening to stories, to making crafts and learning how to help others, Squirrels take part in hands-on activities that help build confidence, kindness, and those all-important early life skills – all while having loads of fun!
We love seeing big smiles, new friendships, and the proud moment a young Squirrel earns their very first badge. 🦊
It’s never too early to start the adventure – and in the Squirrel Drey, the journey is just beginning!
Uniform
Our Squirrels wear a smart and comfy uniform that helps them feel part of the adventure
The Squirrel uniform includes:
A bright red Squirrel jumper
Navy blue activity trousers
A green neckerchief and woggle – don’t worry, we’ll provide these!
